Dentroid is leading the light revolution to address the root causes of dental pain & anxiety

We drive innovation by applying photonics and miniaturised robotics to create a pain-free dental experience.

Dentroid's ground-breaking technologies herald one of the most significant paradigm shifts in dentistry.

The technologies represent a platform that combines the following distinctive features:
  • Automation and robotic tools

  • Miniaturised photonics and novel lasers

  • State-of-the-art micro-engineering components

  • Artificial intelligence and connectivity capabilities

Consequently, Dentroid aims to replace outdated turbines, needles and copious irrigation with gentle and ultra-precise photonics.

Our first two products, NuralyteTM and Dentroid-R are a testament to how we harness the power of robotics and photonics to help patients and dentists.

NuralyteTM for pain free dental treatment

Nuralyte TM is a new dental instrument designed to make pain management easier for patients and dentists by replacing or reducing the need for needles.
NuralyteTM uses a proprietary blend of light wavelengths to effectively penetrate hard and soft tissues, interacting with light-sensitive molecules within the cellular power plant (mitochondria) of pain nerves (nociceptors) to induce analgesia without the need for traditional local anesthetics.
And the great part (besides avoiding needles of course): No accidental lip or tongue tingling that lasts for hours; you can surely treat yourself to that desired coffee or ice cream straight after your appointment!

Dentroid-R for vibration and noise free precision treatment

Dentroid-R pioneers the adoption of femtosecond lasers in dentistry. Unlike conventional dental lasers or rotary instruments, femtosecond lasers have a very unique ability to precisely cut through the most resistant materials without requiring cooling or causing thermal damage. The underlying tissues stays unharmed and in a pristine state leading to a faster healing with far less postoperative complications.
This "cold cutting" ensures maximum convenience for the patient (no noise, no dental sprays) combined with a clearer vision for the dentist and a cleaner environment in the office without microbe- laden droplets.
